What to have ready so we can quote you without coming out
Most quotes don't need a site visit. What helps depends on the job.
Windows — a rough count of how many windows the house has. Not square footage, not the year it was built. We price per window, so the count basically is the quote. If you're not sure, count what you can see from outside and tell us "plus a few upstairs." That's enough to work with.
Driveways, walkways, patios — a photo and a rough size. Concrete quotes well from a picture, because what we're reading is how much organic staining has set in, and that's visible.
House washing — we'd rather come look at this one. Siding varies a lot, and quoting a soft wash off a photo is how people end up surprised.
Storefronts and commercial — tell us your hours. We schedule around them, early morning or after close, so nothing happens in front of your customers.
If it's easier to just call and talk it through, do that instead. None of this is required.
Where we work
We're based in Fredericksburg, and that's where most of our work is. Scheduling there is usually quickest.
We also cover Kerrville, Johnson City, Dripping Springs, and South Austin. Those get batched into shared days, which can mean a few days' flexibility on timing. We'd rather tell you that upfront than have you find out when we're scheduling.

What happens after you get in touch
We'll ask a couple of questions, give you a number, and if it works, put you on the schedule.
The number we quote is the number you pay. We don't price by the hour, which means a job running long is our problem and not yours.
If you clean more than once a year, ask about the plans. Silver is two cleanings a year at 10% off with water spot removal included. Gold is four a year at 20% off. Plan discounts apply to pressure washing too, so the same rate covers your driveway.
Every job carries the same guarantee: find a streak within a week of us leaving, call, and we come back and fix it free.
Hours
Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Closed Sunday.
Texts outside those hours are fine — we just may not get to them until the next working day.
